Most readers of this blog must be aware of the FakeSteveJobs. For those who aren’t, this anonymously written blog is a satire on all things Apple and it has an iconic status. The identity of its writer is a subject of intense speculation. FSJ was recently interviewed by DJ from Techgoss about his take on technology, India, technology in India and India in technology. About TechGoss: TechGoss (short for technology gossip) is a website that is run out of Australia. It reports gossip, rumors and other things of that ilk about the Indian technology space. It routinely publishes stories about what’s happening behind the scenes in the Indian tech industry- sex scandals, resignation dramas, office politics, boardroom theatrics, suicide attempts etc. Check out these hilarious stories - how tech recruits are made to join on an auspicious day; how abortions are rising in India due to the call center industry ; how a BPO sacked a drunk trainer.
In fact, if you work in the Indian tech industry, you could actually make some money by sharing juicy tid-bits with Techgoss. Techgoss invites tech workers to write to them about gossipy stuff that is happening in their offices; these ‘roving reporters’ are paid @ Rs 600-1000 per 250 words. The news about convergys is totally false. In fact, Abhilasha shah was a big fraud. she had sold company data. Her boss and Abhishek found that out and she was thrown out by a decision jointly taken by the HR team and the director. Anyone who wants to check this must visit convergys thane. or the near by police station. Abhishek is one of the cleanest guy around in Convergys. He has been there for 2 years and has recently been promoted. He is quite loved. Abhilasha was not liked by anyone except her paramours. Abhishek’s popularity chart is quite high because of the work that he does. He is indeed a nice boy and everyone in Coonvergys believes so. Yes I agree. Abhilasha shah should have been thrown out long back. She is hated by one and all in COnvergys and her team members. Abhishek is a thorough gentleman. Just because he is the HR manager, the poor guy had to sign her termination letter and throw her out. HAd someone else been the HR manager, he/she would have had to go through this. And No police case and all is there. Wonder who wrote this. I think this person should be sued for doing this to abhishek. Whoever has written this, please check facts before doing it. There is no police case at all and convergys has ample proofs on record to prove that Abhilasha shah is a big fraud. HAd whole lot of male employees in convergys in her pocket and thats how she did things.

abhishek is a thorough gentlemen. Abhilsha was hated by one and all. She was constantly seen with Kishan puranik, alan d’silva from training and a senior manager. She also went on many romantic escapes with them. She was hardly seen with her team. Infact, her team is very very happy to see her being thrown out. All these stunts of her will not any bear fruit.

Boarders should also know that when Abhishek Tiwary was thrown out of his house by one of his live in keeps sometime back, he was given shelter and allowed to live in Abhilasha’s house by her parents.
The Ungreatfull wrech that he is borrowed money from them and never payed back and he has the decency to pass judgement on credibility of others.

Abhishek, you are in the series of controversies and have almost lost the confidence of most of the people.You do not deserve to hold the key position of an organization which is based on trust and faith.HR is suppose to help people assosiated with the organization in question and keep them motivated for work.But what you are doing here, you are setting a worst example.I dont know the fact and its not the matter of being right or wrong but loosing confidence of people is a serious offence for a HR person.If the charges against you are correct then you are one of the worst person in this world and if the charges are framed against you then god bless you and try to avoid controversies and be a clean character person.

I am very surprised what kind of management philosophy convergys is following,i don’t think that its an example of equality.If the same thing would have been done by a production staff (Non HR Guy) - who is generating revenue for organization - then that staff might be sacked without any notice and that time HR would be having a top level non-sense reason that this might impact the integrity of the organization.I think HR department of any organization has been over powered and this should be normalized.There should be a watch dog to monitor their extremely high non sense activities as now these days I think that HR practices has become a garbage collection box.Abhishek has become one of those gr8 HR guys who has malign the name of HR and utilized their power for 100% personal sexual and monetory gains.

Word on the street is that he has told his team that he can promote or sack anyone he wants.
Those who don’t do what he wants them to do will pay dearly.
He has leagal cases pending against him at every company he works, add another one to the list.

Is this possible to sell company sensitive data to anyone so easily as the charges have been framed against the victim Abhilasha above is giving me an impression that information in convergys is just like an onion or pumpkin.This type of allegation at lower level is just a non sense.Information is not like a onion or pumpkin which can be sold out in market so easily.I think there might be other things existing behind the scene, which I simply dont know.

I think we should not just go by the number of messages thar\t are in his favour but the content.The fact that he chose to stay mum about this mud slinging itself goes to say that he is not pertubed.The constant lobbying and these dedicated blog comments infact has heightened his celebrity status.He is still valued and worshipped(As no other word would be an understatement)by his peers,collegues,subordinates gor whom he has done numerous favours,kind gestures.He is the brand ambassador for true Convergys values,integrity been one of most important of them.During this endeavour he has more enemies than friends,but the fact that he is solid rock today where he is itself is an example and slap on these false accusation instigated and led by Ms.Abhilasha Shah who after futile attempts to woe all the men in HR team retorted to these cheap tactics.Ms.Shah did not even spare gals in the team and needless to say everyone heaved a sigh of relief when she left.Blessings to u Mr.Tiwary to have led this Thane purification drive and still bear this burnt without a cry.Salute!

This guy’s name has been destroyed not only in his company but in the entire market place.
Managers working in his company make fun of him and he is joked at and laughed at for the reputation he holds. He is rarely ever seen in office.
Word on the street is that he has been desperately trying to find a job out in the marked but to no avail.
He has been for interviews at two / three companies, but his reputation preceeds him.

Well…. if you havent heard of him. you haven’t been in convergys thane.
He is the most morally upright guy in convergys thane. He is still around of course. Best part is that he has continued to grow. he is the youngest Sr Manager in Convergys India. Has anyone wondered why? because he is a no-nonsense guy.
He has had many people who dont like him at work and some of them are here. but do a referendum… people just love him for the wonderful human being that he is.
Lets put this debate to rest now. because come what may this guy will continue to rock with or without these debates and he will live in many a hearts for a long long time.
An ideal advise to this talented guy is that he must leave this sick industry with illiterate people around.

Well it is not the solution, the only solution is to rebuild the lost image with fellow colleagues, ofcourse it will take time.Self realization is very important for any human being to be called as human.If some people are against him then ofcourse he might have done some indecent things in their knowledge.
