WebCamp, a Barcamp for web frameworks is being organised in Chennai on the 23rd Feb. It’s a invites only technical event, so go anywhere near it only if you are a web developer. The topic for discussion at the meetup will be contemporary web frameworks- Ruby on Rails, django, erlyweb, Spring, .Net etc.
