i agree with you completely Amit. Infact had written about this unique phenomenon in my blog as well.

We are very wary of sharing our knowledge with other people – very few people exchange ideas apart from exchanging visiting cards – also people feel shy of asking for help amongst a peer group.

This should change if we have to grow.
