Frankly I do not have the bandwidth or the ability to reply back to each one individually. We all know that traffic will be meager at best in each of these forums. Since the agenda is to encourage discussions between startup folks, I'd think its better to try unify these tools across pluggdin, venturewoods, watblog, alootechie, etc. than having discrete forum/job tools at each of the blog sites. Ofcourse every startup wants to build their own community, but I am assuming you are doing this more to uplift the startup ecosystem than to make a business out of it. Just my 2p...
