Hi Hari,
Could you tell me where exactly you saw we spamming.
Frankly, we are not doing any viral spamming things, we are not asking/influencing our members to spread the word. It is sad when we hear this. We are ready to learn and avoid any practice which bothered you or any other user.

If possible, please write to me on santosh@ayojak.com and will make sure our marketing team learns and we avoid any practice whatsoever.

Thanks Hari.

Santosh,

Your practice of indiscriminately spamming everyone (and several times in two days) is a truly degraded way of promoting your site. I am for sure not going to use your site, and this will only motivate me to spread this bad-will..
Regards
Hari

Nice point, Piyush. Like Santosh pointed out, Pune has a vibrant culture which is very conducive for event related services. This helps in validating a test model and gaining traction easily. One more company from Pune in this field is Pub2Pub, geared more towards night life activities.

Thanks Subu for pointing that error.

For now, the default is showing India map because we are using Google Map API and it is not able to pick certain address unless it finds exact latitude and longitude.
We will be overcoming this issue as we help our venue owners associates to use "Our Map locator feature" to choose latitude and longitude to associate with the venue.

We are updating one venue at a time as it is very manual step, so kindly consider that this is being taken care.
Thanks for letting us know this one. Anytime, your thoughts are highly appreciated

Idea is pretty useful. Its difficult to scout for suitable venues even if you know the city you live in. Imagine if you are new to the place and you want to book a venue.

But the site seems to contain incorrect data. For example the google map for
Sri Lakshmi Venkateshwara Kalyana Mantapam which is in Bangalore (http://ayojak.com/venue/manage/venuedetails?venueId=858) points at a place somewhere in Madha Pradesh!!

In my experience, it will be difficult to pull back people after showing wrong data.

Good. Such a online system is very useful for NRIs who visit India and plan their meetings official/personal in advance.

When I visit India for 2 week vacation, I have 20 families I should visit. Instead I arrange a buffet for my relatives and business partners and I can spend just one or two days and meet every one and have a nice dinner and drinks and spend the rest of the vacation for myself.

Great Idea. Cheers and Good Luck.

Hi RD,
Very valid point. The data is absolutely fine, regarding the 1-10 and image showing 300 people, the reason is :- 1-10 is the minimum capacity and the image is placeholder till we get venue owners to send us the actual image.

Also kindly consider that we are in "0.3 alpha" stage and our sales team continously getting the data from venue owners and updating the site. Data is authentic.

With any data centric service, there is always chance of typo, room for corretions. But we guarantee that any user who comes to our site we will go extra mile in arranging a venue as suitable to them.

I appreciate your thoughts and concerns. In 0.5 alpha release, we will be opening a "Feedback system" where concerns like yours will be open for public to view and see our response/action on it
