The Nasscom India Leadership Forum gets underway in Mumbai today and it promises to be a great gathering. The event is going to feature some of the top tech business folks from not just India but overseas as well… Check out the list of speakers.
I’m going to be attending this and shall be blogging it live on the Nasscom blog… along with a bunch of others.

This event is being organised at a time when nervous eyebrows are being raised about the future of the Indian IT/Tech story. Possible show stoppers lurking around the corner:
- the all pervasive global economic slowdown
- expected anti-outsourcing measures to be adopted by the Obama administration is an attempt to prop up domestic US employment figures
- The Satyam scam
- last but not least, the Mumbai terror attacks in November
I look forward to this… I haven’t been keeping up with events/conferences lately, so this is good opportunity for me to clear up the backlog. If any of the readers of this blog happen to be there, lets meet up for a quick chat.

Hi
I am a dumb when it comes to computers. I bought a zone…thing, that was from the uni I went to. And after that and a checking for trojans, I could no longer use firefox or MSN messenger. I uninstalled them and downloaded them again, shut down-turn on my computer thousands times, but nothing is working. I keep getting a message that something needs to be done with my fire wall and HTTP, HTTPS, and FTP ports.
Help anyone?
