All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. This adage is true for the Indian IT & tech industry as well. The team at NASSCOM works SO HARD all the year around giving the industry a purposeful direction and keeping it a torch bearer for the Indian economy. The economic downturn, Satyam saga etc notwithstanding, surely those guys deserve a break sometimes.
Well a break it was, in super-duper Mumbai style. The occassion was the event ending entertainment bash to close the Nasscom Indian Leadership Forum. This show was sponsored by KPMG and co hosted by NASDAQ. On display was a one and half hour Bollywood song/dance musical extravaganza. Check out the photos/videos below.
And this video features the entire Nasscom team getting up on stage and dancing to the SlumDog Millionaire number “Jai Ho”. It was a great sight watching stalwarts like Kiran Karnik, Som Mittal, Ganesh Natarajan etc dance with the other Nasscom folks in front of the crowds. DONT MISS THIS VIDEO…
